1) From jong-dan lower the So-do to ha-dan.
2) Move 3 step forward to striking distance.
1) Maintain jung-dan.
2) Move 3 step forward to striking distance.
3) Son as who-do reaches final step raise the sword to strike
who-do's head.
Raise the arm up to meet the sun-do's sword with left side of your
So-do.
Strike Who-Do's head with ki-hap but stop when who-do raise So-do
and meets with sword
Push sun-do's sword to left and restrain his sword.
Tip of So-do should stay with in width of the shoulder.
Swing the sword down with who-do's movement. Stop at hari-kal
position.
Move forward to left side with left foot. As you move twist your
body slightly to right
Raise the sword and strike right waist of who-do.
Using left side of So-do block the sun-do's sword.
With ki-hap slide So-do to guard of the sword and push the sword
down with edge of the So-do.
Same time lean forward and grab sun-do's upper arm and restrain.
Maintaining the form move with So-do
beginning with left foot.
Move 3 small step backward to left side beginning with right foot
first.
Maintaining the hold on right arm, move right fist to right side of
your waist with So-do pointing at sun-do's neck.
Same as sun-do but move left
foot first.
Move to jong-dan position.
Move toward center of the floor using right foot first.
Same as sun-do.
Move left next to right foot
.
At same time sheath your sword.
Same as sun-do.
1) Move 5 small step back to starting point on the floor.
2) Hold the sword with right hand.
Same as sun-do
1) Bow to each other with slight bend and maintaining eye contact.
2) Turn toward judge and bow.
